|
No real money is involved. You and
your guests use 'fun money' supplied by our professional croupiers. The
croupiers will ensure the event runs smoothly and will be happy to explain the
game rules to first time casino goers. To add more excitement the winning guest
receives a prize of your choice.
All the popular casino games are
available allowing you the choice of a wide variety of gaming tables. The number
you require depends on how many guests are attending your wedding reception - we
can advise you on this.
Our casino packages are fully mobile
and we can attend any venue, of your choice, throughout the United Kingdom
mainland. No restrictions or licenses required as we simply provide themed
entertainment.
Fun Money:
Your guests play with Fun Money (or money
personalised with your logo and text). The aim is to win the most fun money
throughout the evening, the players winning the highest sums are given prizes at
the evening's conclusion. The fun money can, if you wish, be purchased during
the evening for a small donation to a charity of your choice.

Each person is issued with £1000.00
to purchase Chips and at the end of the evening the person/table with the most money is the
winner.
Back Drops:
You can theme your event with our
backdrops.

In every hand of Texas each player will put money in the pot. then the dealer
will deal each player two cards, these are known as the “Hole” cards, dealt face
down each player can view their own cards.
Hold'em can be played with as little as two players (going "heads up"), up to
a max of eleven players.
Texas Hold ‘Em is Seven Card Stud where each player gets two down cards;
“Hole” cards with the remaining five up cards;
“Community” cards being placed in the centre of the table which all
players use to complete their hand.
The best five card hand wins according to the attached listing of
possible hands
Two “Hole” cards plus any three “Community” cards
One “Hole “ card plus any four ”Community” cards
Five “Community” cards (should more than one player use only the
“Community” cards as their winning hand, the pot will be split between them
regardless of “Hole” cards). Odd chips will be given to winning player
closest to dealer’s left
Objective
Like most variants of poker, the objective of Texas Hold 'em is to win the
pot—the sum of the money bet by oneself and other players. The pot is won either
at the showdown by forming the best poker hand out of up to 7 cards available,
or by betting to cause other players to fold and abandon their claim to the pot.
Home Game Tournament Payouts
Home game tournament payout charts are best
determined by consensus with smaller groups. Some people like a top
heavy payout, while others like to spread the prize pool a fair
amount. Personally, I like a more spread out prize pool like
PartyParty's online payouts for sit-n-go tournaments because the
last few hands are generally based more on luck. Also, I hate
getting 2nd or 3rd only to get my money back, despite playing an
excellent game, then losing a race. One thing is certain though, you
should determine the payout before the game begins in order to keep
the game fair. When noting the payout structure in a smaller game,
I've found it easier to use multiples of buyins rather than
percentages. So for example, if there are 7 players, saying the
payout is "five/two" (referring to five buyins for first and two for
second) is much easier than saying 72%/28%. Posting this payout
structure (and blind levels) in your poker room is optimal. With
that said, here are some example charts that you can print and use
at your home game.
